This Terms of Service ("ToS") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and IntelliAgentAI Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”). By accessing or using the IntelliAgentAI (Vinfer.ai) platform and services via a signed Service Order, you accept and agree to the terms herein. The Company provides AI-powered multichannel conversational engagement services through a SaaS model, integrating with your digital platforms (e.g., website, app, social media). These services and their specific commercial terms are governed by the executed Service Order.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Company’s platform strictly for the purposes agreed under the Service Order. You agree not to misuse, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the platform or services, nor breach any security measures. Access is limited to authorized users using valid credentials.

You also grant the Company a license to access and use your APIs solely for delivering the agreed services. All intellectual property remains with the respective parties. The Company assumes no liability for third-party platform restrictions or impacts.

By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge and accept all obligations set forth in this ToS, the Service Order, and the privacy policy available on the Company Platform.
